Job Title: Setup and Delivery Specialist
Pay: $20 – $21 per hour
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday

As a Setup and Delivery Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering, installing, and configuring equipment at client sites, ensuring seamless execution and positive customer experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with the service team and sales department to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction at every step.

What You’ll Do:

As a Setup and Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing in-shop assembly and setup of equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and quality standards.
  • Testing all equipment thoroughly before delivery to confirm proper operation.
  • Reviewing daily delivery schedules, verifying order details, accessories, and customer notes for accuracy.
  • Safely loading, transporting, and delivering equipment using company vehicles following safety protocols.
  • Greeting clients on-site, assisting with installations, and testing equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  • Providing basic training to end users to help them feel confident and comfortable with the equipment.
  • Removing outdated or old equipment from customer facilities when needed.
  • Completing all necessary paperwork, including work orders, delivery forms, and setup documentation.
  • Supporting warehouse operations such as unloading deliveries, organizing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Assisting with facility upkeep, including snow removal during winter months.
  • Accurately tagging inbound and outbound equipment, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
  • Communicating post-installation updates and feedback to management and sales teams.
  • Attending team meetings and adhering to safety policies.
  • Performing additional duties or special projects to support team success.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Fluent English speaking and reading abilities.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance, climb ladders, and perform frequent lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and bending.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor when engaging with clients.
  • Willingness to obtain a medical certification card (provided after hire).
  • Prior experience in field technical service or similar roles is preferred, aligning with the required skill set in Field Technical Service.
