Setup Operator

Who this is for:
This role is for someone who enjoys working with their hands, understands how machines work, and takes pride in setting up equipment correctly. If you have experience in manufacturing, maintenance, automotive, or construction, you'll likely feel at home here.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and change over wire binding machines to meet production specs and deadlines
• Work independently and with a small team (1-2 others) to keep jobs moving efficiently
• Read job specifications and ensure machines are dialed in for accuracy and quality
• Troubleshoot setup issues and make real-time adjustments to stay on track
• Meet setup time targets based on production schedules

What You Bring:

• Hands-on mechanical experience (manufacturing, automotive, construction, or similar)
• Confidence using hand and power tools
• Ability to read measurements, work with fractions, and understand dimensions/tolerances
• Basic understanding of machine operation (mechanical/hydraulic systems)
• Ability to interpret job specs or blueprints for machine setup
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Bonus if you've operated or set up production machinery before, but not required if you're mechanically sharp and quick to learn.
