Setup Technician - 3rd Shift

Trelleborg Healthcare and Medical is seeking a Setup Technician to join their team. This position is responsible for performing equipment set up and assisting with troubleshooting of injection molding machines and ancillary Equipment.

Pay:

• $21 - $25 per hour plus a $4.00 per hour shift differential

Essential Job Functions / Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform mold setups according to procedures/standards.
• Knowledge of injection molding machines and ancillary equipment such as material handling systems, dryers, ultrasonic welders, etc.
• Coordinate with Scheduling to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues as appropriate.
• Continually suggest and implement ideas to improve setup efficiency, as well as safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery.

 Education:

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Desired
  • 2-year technical degree

Experience:

• Required
  • 1-4 years of experience
• Desired
  • 5+ years, including experience with clean room medical device manufacturing
