Ag Equipment Setup Technician
Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Setup Technician to assemble, maintain, and repair agricultural equipment. This role is key to keeping machinery running efficiently and supporting field operations.
Location: Gering, NE
Pay: $17+/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time
Benefits: Full Benefit Package
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and service farm equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
- Perform routine maintenance
- Operate forklifts, skid steers, and tractors
- Read and follow schematics and instructions
- Occasional travel for on-site repairs
Qualifications:- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to read schematics
- Equipment operation experience preferred
- Basic hydraulic knowledge and welding a plus
