Job Summary:
This role focuses on managing the entire severance process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for employees. You will be a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on severance procedures and policies. The position also involves collaborating with internal teams to handle documentation, payments, and maintain accurate, confidential records.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and track all severance cases, adhering to regulations.
- Advise employees and managers on program processes and policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve cases promptly.
- Prepare and review separation documentation with stakeholders.
- Process severance payments in conjunction with payroll and finance.
Must-Have Skills:- Proven experience in HR operations, specifically severance.
- Strong understanding of relevant legal requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Industry Experience:
Experience in Human Resources or a related field, with a focus on administering and managing employee separations, is required.
