Job Title : Sew On Operator

Department : Modular

Report To: Supervisor

Shift : 3rd Shift Monday - Friday from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM with overtime as required

Pay: $17.55

Essential Duties

The following are the essential duties that I am expected to be able to perform considering job knowledge, job environment, effort, manipulative skills, judgment, safety knowledge and responsibility.

Required essential duties

include but are not limited to

( A) How to load the unroll cradle

(B) How to Sew-on greige rolls

(C)How to make greige roll cuts

(D) How to enter work in process production

(E) How to change sew-on thread

(F) How to sew on a roll of secondary backing

(G) How to sew on a roll of secondary backing for the HP Line

(H) How to perform housekeeping duties

Job Qualifications and Requirements

The following is a list of job qualifications and requirements for the job.

Physical

• Must be able to stand through the entire shift
• Must be capable of bending, stooping, and stretching throughout the shift. Skills
• Must be able to use AS400 programs efficiently.
• Must have good teamwork and communication skills

Experience

No prior experience required.

Responsibility

Responsible for meeting the requirements for safety, quality, efficiency, productivity and housekeeping.

Training

Required to complete approximately one (1) week training under supervision of qualified associate. Other Overtime is required as needed
