Sewer Sales Specialist

J&A Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is looking for a skilled Sewer Sales Specialist who combines technical expertise with exceptional communication skills to deliver outstanding customer experiences. 

Pay: $50,000-100,000+

What You’ll Be Doing: 
 

• Diagnostics & Solutions: Perform accurate sewer and drain diagnostics using advanced tools and techniques. Identify issues and recommend the best solutions for repair or replacement. 

• Sales & Consultation: Educate customers on findings, explain options clearly, and provide honest, professional recommendations that align with their needs and budget. 

• Project Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless scheduling and execution of sewer and drain projects. 

• Customer Service: Build trust through clear communication, empathy, and a customer-first approach. Maintain professionalism in every interaction. 

What You'll Bring: 

• Strong knowledge of sewer and drain systems, including diagnostics and troubleshooting 

• Proven ability to communicate complex technical details in a customer-friendly way 

• Experience in sales or consultative roles within plumbing or related industries 
• A clean driving record and valid driver’s license 
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is preferred, but not required
