Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operators to join a production team. This role involves garment alterations, hemming, and attaching patches and insignia in a structured manufacturing environment. Candidates should have experience operating commercial or industrial sewing machines and working to production standards.
Responsibilities:- Operate industrial sewing machines to alter and finish garments
- Sew patches, badges, and name tapes
- Perform hemming and garment alterations
- Follow detailed work instructions and production orders
- Inspect finished products for quality standards
- Maintain production pace while ensuring accuracy
- Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
- Maintain a clean work area
JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous industrial or commercial sewing experience required
- Experience working in manufacturing or production preferred
- Ability to read measurements and follow specifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet production goals
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance required
