**Essential Job Tasks:**
- **Set up work area with needed materials to start the work schedule for the day.**
- **Ability to switch out thread or re-thread machine.**
- **Notify lead/supervisor of any issues of stitching or replacement parts.**
- **Ensure finished product meets company standards and adheres to work order specifications.**
- **Trim finished product with scissors and cutters.**
- **Applicants must be willing to learn and train in areas when needed within the department.**
**Qualifications:**
- **Ability to work independently.**
- **Ability to work as a team in order to get schedule work order out for the work shift.**
- **Organized skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow.**
- **Ability to follow and understand verbal and written instructions.**
- **Attention to work order and details.**
- **Ability to perform basic and specific functions.**
- **Effectively communicate with people in the department.**
- **Flexibility and willingness to work with the constant changes at a short notice.**
- **Knowledge and experience using industrial sewing machine in a manufacturing plant.**
**REQUIRED:**
- **Minimum 2 year+ experience** **with industrial sewing operations**
