Job Title: Embroidery Machine Operator
Location: Graham, NC
Shift: 1st Shift 8AM-4:30PM
Pay: $16-$18 DOE
Position Summary
Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator to join a team in Graham, NC. This role is responsible for operating specialized sock machines to produce high-quality products while maintaining efficiency and consistency. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude who takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sock sewing machines during production runs
- Load materials and monitor machines for proper operation
- Inspect finished socks to ensure quality standards (stitching, sizing, defects)
- Make minor adjustments to machines as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Communicate any issues with machines or product quality to supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or sewing machine experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
