Machine Operator
Automation Personnel Services is hiring an experienced Machine Operator with sewing and Knitting skills in Dalton, Ga. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive team while providing quality products for a well-established manufacturer of sporting equipment.

Monday – Friday | 07:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Machine Operator and Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines used in the production of turf and sports netting equipment.
- Set up machines according to production specifications, including threading, tensioning, and yarn or fabric loading.
- Monitor machine performance to ensure product consistency and adherence to quality standards.
- Detect and troubleshoot issues such as thread breaks, yarn misfeeds, or mechanical faults.
- Perform regular cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs on assigned machines.
- Inspect finished products to ensure stitching, seams, and patterns meet design and quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance records as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production flow or mechanical issues.
