Key Responsibilities
Produce assigned products according to required specifications, quality standards, and production goals
Operate sewing and related equipment safely and efficiently at all times
Inspect products and monitor machine operation to ensure accuracy and consistency
Follow all company quality procedures and safety guidelines
Report equipment issues, defects, or concerns to a supervisor promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Meet attendance expectations and comply with the company attendance policy
Build and maintain positive working relationships with supervisors, leaders, and coworkers
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and willingness to assist as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and walk frequently throughout the workday
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Basic mechanical awareness and ability to recognize machine issues
Dependable attendance and punctuality
