What You'll Do as a Sewing Machine Operator:- Operate industrial sewing machines to complete production tasks
- Perform minor machine adjustments and daily preventative maintenance
- Load and handle raw materials required for production processes
- Inspect completed products using visual inspections, tape measures, and gauges
- Monitor material quality and identify defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Complete additional sewing and production-related duties as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Sewing Machine Operator Role:- Basic sewing skills preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment utilizing Thermatron equipment
- Ability to use tape measures and basic quality inspection tools
- Ability to stand, move materials, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
