    Job Description

    • Manage a caseload of sexual abuse and related personal injury matters from intake through resolution
    • Evaluate claims, develop litigation strategy, and advise clients throughout the legal process
    • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and substantive legal memoranda
    • Take and defend depositions; participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
    • Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and proceedings as needed
    • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to drive cases forward efficiently
    • Maintain high standards of client communication, professionalism, and advocacy

    Qualifications

    • Active California Bar license in good standing
    • 4+ years of experience handling sexual abuse and employment law matters
    • 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience
    • Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
    • Ability to manage complex cases independently while thriving in a team environment
    • Plaintiff-side, defense, in-house, or solo practice backgrounds all considered
