Description

Job Summary (List Format):

- Lead Technical Architect role providing technical leadership for complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Responsible for shaping scalable solution architectures and guiding technical strategy from design through to production.
- Lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise solutions.
- Provide technical direction across application, integration, data, cloud, and AI domains.
- Review and approve solution designs and key technical decisions.
- Support solutioning, estimation, risk assessment, and delivery planning.
- Establish reusable architecture patterns and technical standards.
- Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Mentor architects and technical leads to build team capability.
- Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
- Required: 12+ years enterprise technology experience; 5+ years in a senior architecture role.
- Experience leading architecture for large transformation programs.
- Strong background in enterprise CRM and cloud platforms.
- Expertise in API, integration, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with enterprise data platforms, modern data architecture, and production AI/LLM solutions.
- In-depth understanding of security, identity, resiliency, disaster recovery, and observability.
- Experience working in complex or regulated enterprise environments.
- Strong client-facing communication and technical leadership skills.
- Preferred: Experience with enterprise CRM/multi-cloud, integration platforms, middleware, modern cloud data platforms, legacy system modernization, AI orchestration, cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and consulting/systems integration environments.
- Relevant certifications in architecture, cloud, CRM, integration, data, AI, or security are preferred.
