Job Summary (SFCC Tech Lead)

- Lead and manage engineering teams for digital commerce projects, with emphasis on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Serve as both technical lead (60% leadership, 40% hands-on) and subject matter expert in SFCC, React, Node.js, and JavaScript
- Design and deliver headless commerce solutions using SCAPI, OCAPI, and API integrations
- Oversee implementation and support of SFCC with PWA Kit architecture
- Ensure smooth data movement and integration across backend services and middleware
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support Agile development methodologies
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and production support in enterprise environments
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric digital commerce experiences
- Guide team on best practices for checkout, cart, pricing, promotions, and customer journey features
- Mentor and develop engineering team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance for large-scale SFCC implementations
- Keep up to date on digital analytics, personalization, and experimentation strategies to drive business goals
- Preferred: experience with microservices, payment integrations, AWS, CDN technologies, and monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace
