1. Salesforce Developer (CPQ / Revenue /Service Cloud Expertise)

Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong CPQ/Revenue Cloud experience to design, build, and optimize Quote to Cash solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and integrated systems. The ideal candidate has hands on Apex/LWC development skills, deep understanding of CPQ configuration, and the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative automation.
  • Configure and enhance Salesforce CPQ including product rules, price rules, bundles, guided selling, MDQ, approvals, renewals, and amendments.
  • Support Quote to Cash processes across CPQ, Billing, contracts, subscriptions, and revenue operations.
  • Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with ERP, payment gateways, and external systems.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, and Product teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot CPQ performance issues, pricing logic, and automation conflicts.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and release management.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years Salesforce development experience.
  • 2+ years hands on Salesforce CPQ experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and integration patterns.
  • Deep understanding of CPQ data model, pricing architecture, and product configuration.
  • Experience with Salesforce Billing or Revenue Cloud preferred.
  • Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, CPQ Specialist) strongly preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with ERP integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps).
  • Knowledge of CLM tools (DocuSign, Conga).
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
