Job Description
Salesforce SFDC Developer (Technical Lead / Senior Developer)Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Rate: DOE
Required Qualifications- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a consulting environment
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex development, including:
- Multi-object triggers
- Bulkified code design
- Governor limit optimization
- Ability to design efficient business logic using Maps, Lists, and optimized SOQL queries
- Hands-on experience delivering complex Lightning Web Components (LWC) user stories independently
- Experience implementing complex Apex integrations using multiple integration design patterns
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, sharing rules, and multi-object security architecture
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers / team members
