SFDC Manager
Location: Windsor, CT ( Onsite 5 days/week)
Type: C2C
Rate: DOE
Key Requirements- Strong Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, security, data model, Lightning Platform
- Hands-on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Proven experience leading Salesforce teams and enterprise implementations
- Salesforce administration, development, integration, and platform management
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations
- Strong SDLC, release management, testing, deployment, and production support
- Experience managing Salesforce implementation partners/vendors and distributed teams
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Strong stakeholder management, delivery leadership, and communication
Preferred- Salesforce certifications
- Copado / Gearset or similar DevOps tools
- MuleSoft / Boomi / Informatica
- Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud
- Salesforce migration/modernization/transformation
- Agile delivery experience
