We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable shampoo assistant to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while supporting stylists and ensuring clients enjoy a relaxing and welcoming experience during their visit. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet clients warmly
- Shampooing guests
- Assist stylists by prepping guests for services
- Fold towels
- General salon pick-up, sweep floors, dishes, clean color bowls, maintain color bar
- Provide excellent customer service
- Support overall flow and efficiency of salon operations
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Cosmetology license or working toward one (preferred but not required)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a strong work ethic
