Shared Living Placement Specialist

Latham Centers is seeking a Shared Living Placement Specialist to support our Adult Services team. This role coordinates person-centered placements for individuals receiving services through the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS), while supporting provider recruitment, respite coordination, and placement stability. The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-driven, and passionate about supporting adults with complex needs in community-based settings.

Schedule:  Monday 9:00am-3:00pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm, Friday 9:00am-3:00pm
Location: Yarmouth, MA (Position will be based out of Yarmouth, but also covering Cape as well as Southeastern MA. Must use own vehicle for transportation, mileage reimbursed) 
Compensation: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
