A Shared Services Advisor provides support and guidance across various shared services functions. This role is hybrid, based in the Pensacola, FL region, and is offered on a contract basis. The advisor will optimize operations, resolve inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards using general technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide employees with information and guidance over the phone.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding disability claims.
• Manage cases submitted by employees, offering complex information and guidance.
• Review and update employee separations within a general HR management system.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and advisors processing disability payments.

Qualifications

Knowledge of shared services models and operational efficiency practices. Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills. Excellent communication and advisory abilities. Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards.
