Everforth ECS Federal is seeking a SharePoint / Power Platform Developer to support a mission-focused federal IT program in Washington DC.

The SharePoint / Power Platform Developer will develop and maintain SharePoint and Power Platform solutions supporting collaboration, workflow automation, reporting, and operational process improvement. This role helps improve how federal mission teams share information, manage tasks, automate routine activities, and access business-critical data.
The SharePoint / Power Platform Developer will build SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, integrations, permissions structures, dashboards, forms, and supporting documentation. This position will gather requirements from users and stakeholders, translate business needs into practical solutions, support user adoption, troubleshoot issues, and maintain solutions in alignment with security, governance, and mission requirements.
This role requires a hands-on technical professional with experience developing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, supporting workflow automation, documenting technical solutions, and working directly with users to improve collaboration and operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, customer awareness, documentation discipline, and the ability to collaborate across technical, program, and mission teams in a secure federal IT environment.

In 2012, ECS completed the acquisition of iLuMinA Solutions, Inc. iLuMinA brings large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation and infrastructure design and development to ECS’ expanding capabilities.
