Description
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy business applications using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Build and maintain automation solutions that support Technology Risk Management initiatives.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Analyze and optimize business processes through automation and workflow improvements.
- Support, enhance, and maintain existing risk management and decision-support applications.
- Integrate applications with APIs, SQL databases, and enterprise systems.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proven expertise in:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Dataverse
- SharePoint Development
- SQL Server
- Alteryx
- Experience building and supporting business-critical applications in a production environment.
- Background working within financial services, banking, or other regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization.
- Experience gathering requirements, contributing to Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles, APIs, system integrations, and application support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within global teams.
Technical Knowledge
Experience with:
- ServiceNow
- Bitbucket
- Jenkins
- DevOps practices
- SQL and data management
- Enterprise application integrations
Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint certifications.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Familiarity with Technology Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Control Functions.
- Previous experience supporting global financial institutions.

Hourly rate range: $57 - $68 an hour.
