SharePoint Developer (Technical & Functional) - Remote, Washington, DC
Duration: 8+ months
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
SharePoint Administration & Support: Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, and document libraries. Assist in troubleshooting and document user requirements.
Agile Team Integration: Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage backlog, and document user feedback during sprints.
Collaboration & Communication: Document project tasks and communicate priority shifts to team leads and clients.
Quality Control & Data Management: Review data integrity and support migration and testing efforts.
Team Agility & Flexibility: Adapt to new responsibilities and support team tools and processes.
SharePoint Development: Customize platforms for new programs and edit custom SharePoint coding as needed.
Required Skills:
Experience in developing SharePoint sites and supporting deployments.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to integrate into a team.
Flexibility in a rapidly changing environment.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
Experience in tracking program milestones and risk escalation.
