Job Description

Senior SharePoint / M365 Technical Lead

Washington DC

Minimum experience: eight (8)+ years of hands-on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 GCC engineering, including modern site design, Power Automate integration, and enterprise governance.

Current role-based Microsoft credential in one or more of the following (or demonstrated equivalent experience): Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102 track); Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305 track). Retired MCSE / MCSD / MCSA credentials are not required and shall not be relied upon as the primary evidence of currency.

Role: technical direction for SharePoint engineering, tenant governance, and Section 508 compliance; owns architecture decisions and code-quality standards.
