• Knowledgeable in SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerApps support & Development
• Address questions / inquiries to users via Slack / MS Teams related to the applications
• Address ServiceNow Incidents
• Engage in Application outages, coordinating with technical teams
• Work closely with Scrum Master and Product Manager"
• Basic understanding of Mobile Device management, Intune
