Job Title: Shaving Line Operator
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Hours: Training: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

As a Shaving Line Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily production operations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient workflows. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to meet and exceed production goals while adhering to safety standards.

What You'll Do
As a Shaving Line Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating packaging equipment, including bagging, baling, shrink-wrapping, & using pallet jacks and bag sealers efficiently and safely.
  • Performing quality inspections of bags to ensure proper seals and compliance with packaging standards.
  • Assisting in other production areas as needed to support seamless operations and meet daily targets.
  • Using skid steers or front-end loaders to load feed bins and ensure smooth material handling.
  • Supporting Shift Leads with pellet mill operations, including identifying and reporting material or moisture issues.
  • Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as greasing mills, changing or sharpening blades, and troubleshooting minor repairs to minimize downtime.


What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Valid forklift certification and experience operating forklifts.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing systems is a plus.
  • Ability to regularly lift and maneuver 40–50 lb bags.
  • Willingness to learn and operate equipment such as chainsaws.
  • Strong attention to safety procedures and attention to detail.

Location & Schedule
