We are seeking a dependable Shear Operator with forklift experience and basic machinery knowledge. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity for someone who can work safely, follow instructions, and support production needs.
Responsibilities
Operate the shear machine to cut rebar or metal materials to the required specifications
Assist with general machinery operation as needed
Operate forklift to move, load, and stage materials
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Requirements
Steel‑toe shoes required
Forklift experience required
Basic machinery or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and safety‑minded
