Job Summary

As a Service Advisor/Lube Technician, you will own our customers’ experience in the service lane. When working as a Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact with the customers, from greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the oil change process. Our Service Advisor/Lube Techs are true professionals who enjoy helping others. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but have previous roles in customer service, retail sales, the restaurant industry, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Make recommendations based on mileage and manufacturer's guidelines.
