We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Sheet Finisher to join our team in a dynamic printing environment.

This role involves manually aligning prints, laminating materials, and operating equipment to score back sheets with precision. The ideal candidate thrives in hands-on tasks, maintains quality standards, and ensures the final product meets customer specifications.

Shift Hours:

1st shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM - Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manually align prints to ensure proper positioning and accuracy.
  • Operate laminating equipment to apply protective or decorative coatings to prints.
  • Use specialized machinery to score back sheets accurately and consistently.
  • Perform quality checks throughout the finishing process to ensure standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a printing or finishing environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Familiarity with laminating and scoring equipment is a plus.
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, including standing for extended periods.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills to address equipment or material issues.
