We are currently hiring Finishing General Workers for 2nd and 3rd Shift.

Starting Pay - $20.26 per hour

2nd Shift Differential: +$1.25 per hour3rd Shift Differential: +$1.85 per hour

What You'll DoAs a Finishing General Worker, you'll support our finishing operations by helping ensure products meet our quality standards and customer requirements.Responsibilities include:

Inspect and verify finished products for quality and accuracySeparate acceptable product from non-conforming product before packagingPrepare cartons and packaging materials for shipmentVerify quantities, labels, and customer order requirementsStack and organize finished goods for safe storage and shipmentSupply production areas with materials as neededAssist operators with roll handling and production support activitiesRemove waste materials and maintain clean, organized work areasComplete production documentation and quality checksSupport safety, quality, and productivity goalsLearn manufacturing processes and develop skills for advancement into operator-level positions

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED requiredManufacturing or printing experience is helpful but not requiredBasic computer, math, and reading skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsSelf-motivated and dependable

Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to regularly lift up to 50 poundsFrequent reaching, bending, stooping, and material handlingAbility to safely work around manufacturing equipment
