Starting Pay: $17 - $25 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional evenings and weekends as needed)

Position Overview

As a Sheet Metal Apprentice, you will assist in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of sheet metal components used in HVAC systems. You'll work closely with experienced technicians to learn the trade, develop technical skills, and contribute to successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling sheet metal for HVAC systems
• Support installation of ductwork and related components
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sites
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
• Learn and apply industry techniques and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Strong interest in learning the sheet metal/HVAC trade
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical job duties (including working in crawlspaces, attics, and on ladders)
• Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolding
• Prior experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC is a plus, but not required
