Now hiring Sheet Metal Assembly Associate

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

Schedule: 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM (Monday - Thursday) + OT on Fridays possible (2:30 PM - 6:30 PM)

Will train on the 1st for 1 week.

We need dependable people who know how to hustle. As a Sheet Metal Assembly Associate you'll assemble products, work with tools, and keep the crew on pace.

Skills That Make You Stand Out

• Previous experience in metal working, assembly, or heavy manufacturing, construction, physical labor roles
• Reliable, punctual, and steady on attendance
• Able to read instructions or simple diagrams
• Strong focus on quality and safety
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet

Work That Matters

• Assemble metal hardware (hinges, slam latch, spring packages, pyro latches, etc.)
• Work with team members to maximize productivity
• Cross-train on various machines and in various departments to fill in when needed
• Performs frequent quality checks
• Communicate with the entire team to reach company goals
• Use hand and power tools
• Work within all safety guidelines
• Keep the area well organized and clean
• Other duties as assigned
