Sheet Metal Associate

Start your new career as a Sheet Metal Associate with MAU at Seasons 4 in Douglasville, GA. As a Sheet Metal Associate, you will support the fabrication and production of metal components by operating machinery, handling materials, and assisting in the building process. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

• First Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (overtime as needed)

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16 inch
• Ability to operate power tools
• Willingness to learn and grow within the department
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Forklift certification (or willingness to complete company-provided training)

What You'll Do as a Sheet Metal Associate:

• Cut sheet metal according to specifications using shears and other machinery
• Assist in operating equipment such as CNC lasers, CNC plasma machines, press brakes, and folding machines
• Load and unload materials onto worktables and machinery
• Support machine operators and learn setup and operation techniques
• Help shape metal using bending and forming equipment
• Transport materials between departments using carts or forklifts
• Use notchers and hole punch equipment to create required shapes
• Follow all safety protocols, including wearing cut-resistant gloves, sleeves, and safety glasses
