We are seeking a skilled and dependable Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop Mechanic to join our commercial construction team. This position will fabricate, assemble, and prepare sheet metal components for commercial construction projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety.Responsibilities:Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components for commercial construction projects.Measure, cut, bend, drill, and assemble sheet metal according to drawings and specifications.Operate sheet metal fabrication equipment, hand tools, and power tools safety.Read and follow shop drawings, measurements, and work instructions.Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and proper fit.Work closely with projects and field teams to meet production schedules.Qualifications:Previous sheet metal fabrication or mechanical shop experience preferred.5 years Commercial construction or HVAC sheet experience.Ability to read measurements and basic shop drawings.
