Location: Norristown, PA | Pay: $31–$35/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Level 3 Sheet Metal Fabricator (Junior Foreman) who can guide jobs through production, troubleshoot challenges, and support the shop with precision and pride. You’ll be hands-on and team-focused, with room to grow into a full foreman role.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform advanced fabrication using TIG & MIG welding

• Operate and oversee use of press brake, shear, and layout tools

• Interpret complex work orders and blueprints

• Provide support and mentorship

• Collaborate with design and project teams
  

What You Need:

• 4–6 years of fabrication experience

• Strong welding and layout skills

• Proficiency reading and interpreting technical drawings

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits:

• $31–$35/hour based on experience

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

This position operates in a fabrication shop environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving machinery, metalworking tools, airborne particles, heat, and noise associated with fabrication equipment. Proper PPE (personal protective equipment) is provided and required.

The role requires the ability to:

• Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly

• Use hand and power tools with precision and control

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions

• Work safely in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

• Occasionally work in awkward positions or confined spaces as needed
