Rinvio is hiring a Sheet Metal Foreman for a full-time W2 role in Huntsville, AL. This is a hands-on field leadership position focused on sheet metal installation, fabrication coordination, and crew execution on commercial and industrial mechanical projects.
The foreman will help plan daily work, assign tasks, monitor productivity, coordinate material and equipment needs, reinforce safety expectations, and make sure finished work meets project quality standards. The role requires someone who can communicate clearly with field and office leadership, solve jobsite issues, and keep crews moving without cutting corners.
Candidates should have at least five years of sheet metal experience and one to three years of supervisory or crew leadership experience. A strong fit will be practical, organized, safety-minded, and comfortable leading field teams in a fast-paced construction environment.
