Sheet Metal Foreman - Data Center Project

Pay Range: $30 - $38/hour
CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Sheet Metal Foremen for a large-scale data center project. This is a direct hire opportunity for skilled leaders who can manage crews, ensure quality installation, and keep production on schedule in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Position Overview:
The Sheet Metal Foreman will lead a crew of 10-15 sheet metal mechanics within a designated section of the project. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on knowledge of sheet metal systems, and the ability to maintain quality and safety standards while coordinating with project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew of 10-15 sheet metal workers
- Oversee installation of ductwork and sheet metal systems
- Perform QA/QC to ensure all work meets project specifications and standards
- Set curbs, hangers, and assist with RTU installations
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Coordinate daily tasks and workflow with the General Foreman
- Maintain productivity, safety, and quality on the jobsite
- Report progress, issues, and manpower needs to project leadership
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Foreman on commercial or industrial projects
- Strong background in ductwork installation and sheet metal systems
- Experience with QA/QC processes
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and project plans
- Experience setting curbs, hangers, and working with RTUs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and solid work ethic
