Sheet Metal Foreman - Data Center Project

Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Pay Range: $30 - $38/hour

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Sheet Metal Foremen for a large-scale data center project. This is a direct hire opportunity for skilled leaders who can manage crews, ensure quality installation, and keep production on schedule in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Position Overview:

The Sheet Metal Foreman will lead a crew of 10-15 sheet metal mechanics within a designated section of the project. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on knowledge of sheet metal systems, and the ability to maintain quality and safety standards while coordinating with project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a crew of 10-15 sheet metal workers
  • Oversee installation of ductwork and sheet metal systems
  • Perform QA/QC to ensure all work meets project specifications and standards
  • Set curbs, hangers, and assist with RTU installations
  • Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
  • Coordinate daily tasks and workflow with the General Foreman
  • Maintain productivity, safety, and quality on the jobsite
  • Report progress, issues, and manpower needs to project leadership

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Foreman on commercial or industrial projects
  • Strong background in ductwork installation and sheet metal systems
  • Experience with QA/QC processes
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and project plans
  • Experience setting curbs, hangers, and working with RTUs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and solid work ethic
