Position Summary
We’re hiring an Install Foreman to run commercial kitchen ventilation projects in the field.
You will plan the work, lead the crews, and own the result — schedule, quality, and code compliance.
This is not a lead mechanic role. This is field leadership.

Turn drawings into a clear plan and execute it in the field
Lead crews, set pace, and keep jobs moving
Maintain install quality and enforce standards
Solve problems and keep the job on track
Own the result from start to finish
What You’ll Bring
8+ years in sheet metal, HVAC, or mechanical installation
Experience running jobs, not just working on them
Strong grasp of code, system performance, and job sequencing
Ability to lead people and hold standards without hesitation
Valid driver’s license and insurability
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Field-based work: rooftops, lifts, mechanical rooms, weather exposure. Active role with regular lifting and movement.
