Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Sheet Metal Foreman to lead field operations on active construction sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work while also guiding crews and ensuring projects stay on track.

You will oversee daily sheet metal installation activities, coordinate with project teams, and make sure all work aligns with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Your leadership will be essential in keeping projects moving efficiently and maintaining high-quality results.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Supervising and directing sheet metal crews on-site
• Reviewing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements
• Ensuring installations meet code and company standards
• Maintaining job site safety and compliance with OSHA regulations
• Coordinating schedules and workflow to meet project deadlines
• Providing technical support and mentorship to team members

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in sheet metal or mechanical construction
• Demonstrated experience leading crews in the field
• Strong understanding of blueprints, codes, and OSHA requirements
• Hands-on knowledge of fabrication and installation practices
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic computer skills for communication and reporting
• Solid organizational and leadership abilities

Schedule

• Full-time hours with consistent workload (40+ hours/week)
• Overtime opportunities available as projects require
