<\/span><\/li> - Assists in material distribution.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Assists mechanics installing duct work.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Learn code requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Maintains a safe and secures work environment and attend safety meetings.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Loads and unloads building materials to be used in construction.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Operates or tends equipment and machines used.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Qualifications: <\/b><\/span>
<\/b><\/div>- Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - High school diploma or equivalent.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - 1 -2 years of construction experience.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Ability to communicate on all levels.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Must have adequate/reliable transportation to the job site daily.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Effective verbal and written communication skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Detail -oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast -paced environment.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Physical/Work Environment Requirements:<\/b><\/span>
<\/b><\/p>- Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Climbing stairs.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Operating machinery and/or power tools.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Outdoor elements such as precipitation, heat, cold, and/or wind.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Noisy environment.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Light to heavy work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects from 20 -100 pounds.<\/span><\/span>
