Sheet Metal / HVAC Installer - New Construction & Replacement Brookside Heating & Cooling - Manchester, NHUp to $3,000 in sign-on bonus based on experience.Brookside Heating & Cooling is a growing residential HVAC and plumbing company serving the greater Manchester area. We're looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Installer to join our new construction team, with the opportunity to cross-train on residential replacement and swap-out work as our business grows.What You'll Do:Fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork, vents, and sheet metal components on new construction HVAC systemsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs to lay out and install HVAC systems accuratelyInstall and connect ductwork, air handlers, and HVAC equipment on new buildsCross over to residential replacement/swap-out projects as needed, giving you variety and steady year-round workInspect and test installed systems to confirm proper airflow and performanceTroubleshoot and resolve issues with sheet metal components and duct systemsWork closely with our install teams, project leads, and builders to keep jobs on schedule and on budgetFollow all safety protocols and jobsite regulationsWhat We're Looking For:Solid experience in sheet metal fabrication and ductwork installationWorking knowledge of HVAC systems and componentsComfort reading blueprints, drawings, and specificationsStrong problem-solving skills for diagnosing ductwork and system issuesNH Sheet Metal License preferredField experience in both new construction and residential service/replacement is a plusReliable, safety-minded, and able to work well as part of a crewPay & Benefits:$30.00-$40.00/hour, based on experienceUp to $3,000 in sign-on bonus based on experience.Full-time, 40 hours/week401(k) with retirement planHealth and dental insuranceReferral program
