Sheet Metal Installer

A long-standing HVAC organization who has been in business for over 50 years is immediately looking to hire several Commercial Sheet Metal Installers for light commercial and commercial projects in the Bridgewater, MA and surrounding area.

Commercial Sheet Metal Installers will interpret blueprints, measure, assemble, lay out, hang, drop in units, and install sheet metal, spiral and flex duct systems; curb sheet metal; drill holes in metal and fasten seams/joints by welding bolting, riveting, or soldering; fabricate parts as required.

Sheet Metal Installer Job Requirements:

• At least four (4) years commercial site Sheet Metal install experience
• Sheet Metal Certification or Master Sheet Metal Journeyman a strong asset, but not required
• Own tools
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVOR
• Ability to pass Drug, Criminal, and MVOR background checks

Shifts: Days, 7:00am – 3:00pm (Monday – Friday). OT after 40 hours.

Compensation:

• $30.00 - $40.00/hour++
• Annual Bonus
• 50% Employer Paid Medical Premiums
• 3% Matching 401K after 90 days
