We’re currently looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Machine Operator to join our team.
What You’ll Do
Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts
Read and work from blueprints and technical drawings
Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
Assist with other shop equipment as needed (training provided)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Work with team members to keep production running efficiently
Perform basic machine upkeep to keep equipment running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of press brake or similar metal fabrication experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong attention to detail and quality
Basic English reading and writing skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle large parts up to 36" x 48"
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
Pay & Benefits
Starting pay: $25.53/hr
