PAY RATE: $34.00-38.00/hour

Summary: 

• Interpret blueprints for F16 aircraft structural assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Perform fastener layouts for sheet metal and structural assemblies.
• Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal and structural assemblies and sub-assemblies for F16 aircraft.
• Utilize precision measuring equipment in assembly and repair processes.
• Apply knowledge of aircraft structural assembly operation and maintenance.
• Perform precision drilling and reaming.
• Perform riveting and installation of various fasteners.
• Perform countersinking and part trimming.
• Conduct hands-on production structures build-up of fuselage components.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
• Must be able to interpret blueprints for F16 aircraft structures.
• Must have knowledge of fastener layouts.
• Must be able to fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal and structural assemblies.
• Must have knowledge of precision drilling and reaming.
• Must have knowledge of riveting and installation of various fasteners.
• Must have knowledge of countersinking and part trimming.
• Must be able to use precision measuring equipment.
• Must have knowledge of F16 aircraft structural assembly operation and maintenance.
