Summary: 

• Uses basic hand tools for sheet metal installation and fabrication work.

• Performs sheet metal operations including cutting, bending, forming, and drilling.

• Performs aircraft inspection, maintenance, and repair tasks.

• Performs hydraulic installations and assembly operations.

• Reads and interprets blueprints and engineering documentation.

• Uses precision measuring instruments to verify work conformance.

• Applies basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

• Troubleshoots aircraft systems and components.

• Performs functional tests and verification of aircraft systems.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Experience with basic hand tools for sheet metal installation and fabrication.

• Basic experience (1-2 years) in sheet metal work including cutting, bending, forming, and drilling.

• Basic experience (1-2 years) in aircraft inspection, maintenance, and repair.

• Basic experience (1-2 years) in hydraulic installations and assembly.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation.

• Good working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Office suite.

• Desired: Intermediate experience (2-5 years) in sheet metal work, aircraft inspection and maintenance, and hydraulic installations.

• Desired: Basic understanding of Solumina, Catia or Smart Team, and test lab experience.
