Your schedule
Second Shift: 2:30pm–10:30pm, Monday–Friday
What you’ll do
- Run punch presses to cut, form, and shape metal parts to blueprint specs.
- Load/unload materials and stage components to keep production moving.
- Dial in machine settings to hit dimensions and maintain repeatability.
- Verify quality using basic measuring tools and document results as needed.
- Keep the area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety rules (PPE required).
- Flag and report equipment issues or unusual conditions to the supervisor.
- Jump in on additional production tasks when the team needs support.
What we’re looking for
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- 12+ months of experience in stamping, punch press, or a comparable CNC role.
- Able to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable reading blueprints and using computers.
