Sheet Metal Welder (Commercial HVAC)

We are hiring experienced sheet metal mechanic welders for new commercial construction projects focusing on commercial HVAC systems. Candidates will perform MIG welding in small crews and must demonstrate verifiable commercial welding experience and adherence to safety standards. This role requires readiness to work at heights and in confined spaces as part of a productive team under daily foreman supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on sheet metal components for commercial HVAC systems
• Collaborate effectively within a small crew of 2-5 members
• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
• Operate hand and power tools to assist in metal fabrication and assembly
• Work at heights and navigate confined spaces as required
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
• Maintain all required tools and personal protective equipment (PPE)
