Build your career with Comfort Systems USA Ohio! We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Installer to join our Mechanical Construction team. In this role, you will install commercial and industrial HVAC ductwork and related systems while working as part of a skilled field team committed to safety, quality, and craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

• Install commercial HVAC ductwork, including round pipe, spiral duct, flex duct, dampers, air devices, louvers, and air-moving equipment.

• Fabricate, modify, and assemble sheet metal using hand and power tools.

• Install hangers, supports, duct connections, fittings, and related mechanical system components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, and installation plans.

• Measure, cut, drill, punch, and fit sheet metal materials to meet project requirements.

• Work from ladders, lifts, and other equipment at various heights.

• Coordinate with project leadership and other trades to support efficient installation and project completion.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site while following OSHA and company safety requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience installing commercial or industrial HVAC sheet metal systems.

• Strong understanding of sheet metal installation methods, tools, materials, and equipment.

• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and construction plans.

• Ability to accurately use a tape measure and perform basic construction-related calculations.

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other construction equipment.

• OSHA 10 certification preferred.

• Dependable, safety-focused, and committed to quality workmanship.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a construction team.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
